Data Safety – Managing & Deleting Your Account
At YamoStay, your privacy and control over your data are very important to us. Here’s how you can manage your account and request deletion of your personal data:
📱 How to Manage Your Account
You can view and update your personal information directly in the app:
- Open the YamoStay app.
- Go to the Profile or Account Settings section.
- From here, you can:
- Edit your name, email, and phone number.
- Update your password.
- Change notification preferences.
- Manage saved properties and favorites.
🗑️ How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to permanently delete your YamoStay account and all associated data:
Option 1 – From the App:
- Open the YamoStay app.
- Navigate to Settings > Account.
- Tap on “Delete My Account”.
- Confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted, and all personal data will be removed from our servers (this action is irreversible).
Option 2 – By Contacting Us:
You can also send a request via email:
- Email: support@yamostay.com
- Subject: Delete My Account
- Include your registered email or phone number used on YamoStay.
We will process your request within 7 working days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
📄 What Happens After Deletion?
- Your account and all associated bookings, saved listings, and personal details will be permanently erased.
- You will no longer be able to log in unless you create a new account.
- Some anonymized data (not linked to your identity) may be retained for legal or analytical purposes.
